I’ve found that adding protein to my smoothies really helps keep me full and grounded. This recipe is: 1/2 banana | 1/2 cup frozen strawberries | 2 big handfuls of baby spinach | 1 tsp raw almond butter | 1 tsp coconut butter | 1 serving natural flavor Vega protein powder| about 1 cup of water
